If your filing is related to an existing business, you may need a personal
identification number or 'PIN' to access existing information that will be part
of your filing, such as an annual report or a renewal. The PIN will usually be
provided to you by the agency that holds your existing record for this filing.

When you want to return to work on a filing or registration that is in progress, or view
a submitted or completed application, you will return to it through your personal filing cabinet.
In Progress means you have started but not completed a filing.
Submitted means you have finished the filing and submitted it for processing.
Completed means all agencies have approved the filing.
Rejected means the registration is no longer under review. Contact the
agency for more information.
-
In the center section, you will find the name of the filing, the status of the
filing, the date you made the last change, the agency currently reviewing the filing, if any,
and whether certain special activity filings must accompany your business registration.
As the application moves through the agencies, this information is automatically
updated.
-
The Additional Filings line can be tricky.
"Yes" means there were specific additional required filings identified during
the business registration application, and "No" means no other filings were
identified. However, "No" DOES NOT necessarily mean that you have
no other filings to make with licensing and registration agencies.
-
Click on the name of the filing to return to the filing interview or view submitted or completed
filings.
-
For completed filings, the date of that processing was
completed by all agencies will also be listed.
-
You may delete filings in progress from your filing cabinet by clicking the Remove button.

Some answers you provide during filing may result in additional registration requirements
that can be met by completing specific forms. These forms will be automatically placed in
your personal filing cabinet.
-
The additional forms meet some requirements that are identified
in the course of the online interview.
-
The forms listed include only are a limited set of forms from participating agencies.
Additional licensing or registration requirements may apply.
